Founded in 1864 after 22 year old Gerard Adriaan Heineken purchased a brewery in Amsterdam known as Den Hoyberg (The Haystack). The brewery’s name changed in 1873 to Heineken’s Bierbrouwerij Maatschappij (HBM). In 1886 the key ingredient known as Heineken A-Yeast was developed by Dr. H. Elion in the Heineken laboratory. The A-Yeast remains a vital ingredient in Heineken to this day.

This delicious 5% ABV lager is perfect for giving you the ability to make the very best function. Suitable for a variety of functions, our 20 Litre Heineken kegs have become a highly useful addition for our customers.
