The main Peroni lager which we all know and love is the premium brand of Nastro Azzurro! This special lager was named this after the words for ‘Blue Ribbon’. This was the prize given to ships that crossed the Atlantic in the fastest time. This meant the Nastro Azzurro and Peroni had a big name to live up to. Peroni Nastro Azzurro was crafted by Carlo Peronio, the Nephew of Peroni’s creator Giovanni Peroni.

Once you hire a Peroni keg from Party Keg Hire, you can either collect from our warehouse in Kent, or have us deliver your keg and keg tap through a courier service straight to the event venue. Once your Peroni keg and tap hire arrive, immediately place the keg into a large bucket filled with ice. You must allow the keg to cool for a few hours to reach the best serving temperature of Peroni (3-5 degrees). Once this has been achieved, tap the keg with your innovative and simple to use tap. Then begin to pour off the initial run off from the keg which should be around 1 pint. Once this has been done begin to pour your friends their premium, tasteful pint of Peroni for them to enjoy all night long!
